We take particular care with our grading standards, and in most cases the question of returns will not arise. However, if a genuine human error occurs on our part, we will consider return requests.
We offer return within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return.
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed and delivered within 15 business working days
You may return damaged, faulty, or incorrect items minimum 24h to maximum 48h from the delivered date in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Any returns requested after 24h period from the time of delivery will not be entertained, and the item(s) will not be accepted.
All returns must be made promptly, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please ensure you use the same packaging materials for the return shipment.
